Return Policy
We offer easy returns within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible Return Reasons:
- You received a damaged or defective item.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is significantly different from what was shown or described.
Conditions for Return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- You must share an unboxing video and clear photos as proof in case of damage or incorrect delivery.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at support@shopdealz.in within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and attach photos/videos.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through your original payment method (preferably UPI).
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Returns requested after the 7-day window.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@shopdealz.in with your order ID.

- We reserve the right to decline a return or refund request if the above conditions are not met.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or refund.
